NBUSA Provided Insurance:
Nazarene Benefits USA (NBUSA) provide a base level of survivor benefit and $500 monthly long-term disability insurance coverage to eligible ministers whose church has contributed at least 1 dollar to the NBUSA Fund allocation. Active ministers are eligible for the survivor benefit based on their age. Retired ministers, or active ministers over age 75, receive coverage based on their years of service: $1,500 for ministers with 10-20 years; $3,000 for ministers with 21-30 years; $6,000 for ministers with 31+ years.
Funds to provide the survivor benefits and disability insurance coverage comes from support of the NBUSA Fund by churches like yours. On behalf of the ministers of our church, thank you!

To help strengthen your protection, we offer affordable supplemental options including **Group Term Life**, **Individual Long-Term Disability**, and **Accidental Death and Dismemberment** coverage. Enrolling at a younger age can mean more favorable rates, and your coverage needs will adjust over time as your family circumstances change.
