A Nazarene 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan account has been established for most qualified Nazarene ministers with Fidelity Investments. You can learn about your account, create a username and password, establish how much you want to contribute, and modify your investments at www.netbenefits.com/atwork. Follow these steps to initialize your account:
- Visit www.netbenefits.com/atwork.
- Select “Register” at the top of the screen.
- You'll be asked to confirm basic information (name, DOB, last four digits of your SSN) and submit.
- Follow the instructions.

Modify Your 403(b) Contribution
To adjust payroll contributions to your account:
- Visit www.netbenefits.com/atwork.
- After sign-in, a screen will appear with your account balance. Click on the three vertical "Quick Links" dots toward the middle of your screen. This will open a menu with a variety of options. Select Contribution Amount and another window will open. Follow the directions to enter your new contribution percentage.
- Confirm your new contribution percentage.

Note: All contribution amounts must be in whole percentages and changes will become effective with the current or next pay period, or as soon as administratively possible.
Modify Your Investment Elections
To change how your future investment elections are invested online:
- Visit www.netbenefits.com/atwork.
- After sign-in, a screen will appear with your account balance. Click on the three vertical "Quick Links" dots toward the middle of your screen. This will open a menu with a variety of options. Select Change Investments.
- Enter the percentage of your payroll contributions that you wish to direct to each investment option you choose (note that your selections must add up to 100%).
- View the online prospectus for each fund in which you are investing.
- Confirm your investment elections.
Note: Any contributions to your account made after the effective date of this change will be directed into the investments you select.
Rebalance Your Portfolio
Over time, some asset classes and funds perform better than others, which can result in the mix of stock funds, bond funds, and/or money market funds changing from what you originally intended. If this happens, you may wish to rebalance your account so that your investments reflect the mix most appropriate for you and your goals.
To rebalance your account:
- Visit www.netbenefits.com/atwork.
- After sign-in, a screen will appear with your account balance. Click on the three vertical "Quick Links" dots toward the middle of your screen. This will open a menu with a variety of options. Select Change Investments and follow the directions.
- Enter the percentage of the balance in each of your current investment options that you wish to direct to each investment option you choose — your selections must add up to 100%.
- View the online prospectus for each fund in which you are investing.
- Confirm your elections.
Update Your Contact Preferences
Receiving communication by e-mail offers you greater convenience and will help keep you up to date on topics related to your retirement plan. Here's how to do this:
- Visit www.netbenefits.com/atwork.
- After sign-in, select the profile icon at the top right of the screen. This will open a new page. Select "Personal & Contact Information," then make any necessary changes. Be sure to save any changes before closing the page.
