Nazarene ministers in the U.S. received $19.1 million in benefits from Pensions and Benefits USA (P&B) last year, according to Kevin P. Gilmore, P&B executive director. During this same period, district and churches paid just over $13.6 million in P&B Fund allocations. The latest report of giving and benefits received is now available in the District Benefits Received Report. The online resource shows the amount of giving to the P&B Fund by each district in 2021, along with the ways those funds were distributed as retirement, insurance, and benevolence assistance.
“Giving to the P&B Fund by our districts and churches is critical to our mission of serving active and retired pastors, spouses, widows, and other church employees with a variety of benefits,” Gilmore said. “We are grateful for their continued support and pleased to be able to share this information.”
